Caruna Networks Oy held its Annual General Meeting on 13 April 2021 and the following appointments were made.
The Board members James Adam, Jouni Grönroos, Matt Liddle, Fredrik Lundeborg, Michael McNicholas, Oleg Shamovsky, Laura Tarkka and Matti Ruotsala will continue on the Board of Directors. Matti Ruotsala was re-elected as Chair.
Tara Davies, Agnieszka Gawron, Katarina Romberg ja Charles Thomazi were elected as deputy members of the Board as of 13 April 2021.
