We are here to help you when you need more information about Caruna or want to interview our experts
If you are looking for information about power cuts, check the situation first from the outage map.
We serve the media through the email caruna.info(a)caruna.fi. We respond to messages on weekdays within 24 hours.
For urgent matters, the media phone serves newsrooms on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Please leave a message if we can't answer. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We are on call after 3 pm and on weekends in major disruptions, when the weather causes significant problems for our electricity network.
