Report a fault
Before reporting a fault, check the outages map. The map is updated approximately every five minutes. If you can see the power cut on the map, only report a fault if you have more specific information, for example the fault location.
If you know of a non-urgent fault in the electrical network, use the link below to report it. We process fault reports from 8 am to 8 pm. The processing time is around 1 to 3 days.
You don’t have to fill in the fault report if you have already told us about it by telephone or you know that the fault has been reported.
If the fault requires urgent attention, please call Caruna’s fault reporting service at 0800 1 95 011, free of charge. We take your calls for 24 hours every day.
