Fault reporting

Tel. 0800 1 95011 (free of charge, open 24 hours every day for urgent fault reports). Please observe that if you call us from abroad or with a non-domestic cellphone connection, then your cellphone operator might charge extra costs for the call.

Subscribe to power cut notifications

We will inform you of planned supply interruptions in advance, and alert you to unexpected power cuts in the medium voltage network as soon as possible. Update your information in Caruna+.
