Fault reporting

Tel. 0800 1 95011 (free of charge, open 24 hours every day for urgent fault reports). Please observe that if you call us from abroad or with a non-domestic cellphone connection, then your cellphone operator might charge extra costs for the call.

My Pages at your service 24/7

Monitor your consumption, subscribe to power outage notifications, view our power outage map, request extension on payment and view your invoices. All this you are able to do whenever and whereever in My Pages -service! The service is available in Finnish and Swedish.
